ENKLASK EUROPA SL acts as a non-exclusive distributor, within the territory of the European Union, of a SaaS software solution developed and operated by VIDESK SPA, a company incorporated under Chilean law, under a representation, distribution and commercial licence agreement.

The distributed solution, called "VIDESK", is a fully customisable and self-manageable video contact centre platform, enabling companies to integrate a video assistance device directly on their website without redirection.

This solution enables, in particular:

• The integration of a videoconference access module via a dedicated button (e.g. a "camera icon") accessible in just a few clicks;
• Integration within a virtual waiting queue;
• Streaming video communication between users and agents;
• Screen sharing (cross-screen);
• Recording of video sessions, subject to the prior consent of users;
• Integration with third-party tools, including CRM systems.

The solution may also include additional modules, such as:

• An artificial intelligence module;
• A contact management module;
• Internal or external recording and storage solutions;
• White label features.

The system enables the end user, in particular, to:

• Enter their contact information (name and email address or telephone number);
• Be placed in a virtual waiting queue;
• Connect with an agent via a videoconference interface;
• Benefit from remote assistance (customer service, technical support, assistance with completing forms, etc.).

ENKLASK EUROPA SL acts exclusively as a distributor of licences to access the solution and does not carry out the development or technical operation thereof, which fall exclusively within the remit of VIDESK SPA.

Access to the website is open to any user with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Users must use the website in compliance with these GTU and applicable laws.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities;
• Violating the rights or security of third parties;
• Interfering with the operation of the website or application;
• Accessing the application's systems without authorisation.

The sole purpose of the website is to present the services marketed by ENKLASK EUROPA SL.

It does not allow direct subscription to services or access to the software solution.

Access to and use of the SaaS solution are subject to:

• A separate contractual arrangement;
• And are governed by the conditions defined by the software publisher, VIDESK SPA.

ENKLASK EUROPA SL acts solely as a commercial intermediary in the distribution of licences.

All content, information and documents provided in the context of our services, including logos, texts, images, videos, etc., are the exclusive property of our company and our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You undertake not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute or modify such content for purposes other than personal use without our prior written authorisation.

• Company liability: Our company is responsible for providing a functional and secure website, but cannot be held liable for service interruptions or malfunctions related to factors external to the website.
• Liability in the event of inaccessibility: Our company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information provided on the website. In the event of website inaccessibility due to technical malfunctions, it cannot be held liable.
• Liability in the event of redirection via an external link: Our company cannot be held liable for the content, services or products offered by third-party companies via external links appearing on the Enklask Europa SL website, as such links are the sole responsibility of the relevant third parties.
• Liability of Users and/or clients: Users are responsible for compliant use of the website. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages.
